Catalyst 1.2 contains major enhancements which will excite administrators and legal engineers looking to build accurate, data-led matter management and workflow automation for structured legal matter portfolios. Representing multiple matters against portfolios or clients, or matter types such as leasing or claims which regularly require relational parent/child relationships, is now a simple visual drag/drop configuration in our relational data modeller.
In addition to the simple data model configuration, end users now have access to record views displaying one or many relationships and can easily navigate between parent/child records, and see all their relevant data in the same record view.
Other key updates include a revamped new form type called ‘One-time completion’, which allows interactions with Catalyst tasks or workflows from external users via simple email links without requiring logins. For more technical users we have also enabled a new JSON field type in our forms, enhancing our ability to integrate and configure workflows against large sets of structured data (machine learning/term extraction, etc.). This release also sees the introduction of a new MS Word side bar to allow creation of document automation templates against any data in your Autologyx platform, using your native Word documents.
